well... so paul was kidnapped by his friends for a long weekend.
kind of a pre-bachelor-party party. i guess they needed the perfect weekend to plan an extravagant getaway, and a wedding is always a good excuse.

so their destination of choice?

anyhow, he had a great time at oktoberfest, drinking whole liters of beer (yes, they serve their beer in liters).

while paul was away enjoying his drunken revelry, i took the weekend to do girly wedding things. i ordered my veil, i got my makeup trial done, and i tried on and returned not one, but TWO pairs of shoes.
i'm posting pics of the trial. i think considering my serious lack of sleep, my overstressed state, and the fact that i NEVER look good in pictures, the whole thing turned out fairly well. but i'm vain.

i'll eventually update on more pithy and worthwhile topics. right now, i can't think. i just had a friendly's softserve.
