i'm signed up for a sleep study.
i have no idea what that means, or what it entails, but i assume some portion of it will require me to sleep under observation.
what if i have performance anxiety?
anyway, the sleep study will be counted as "pathology" and luckily, insurance will cover it. i guess the doctors are still clueless as to why i'm feeling so punk lately. hence - this sleep study.
i'm hoping it'll be conducted and analyzed before my next scheduled appointment with my primary... but then, maybe i shouldn't hold my breath...
