i spent HOURS cleaning the bedroom yesterday. we got new furniture months ago, but never bothered to put together. needless to say, there was a rather large pile of clothing accumulating in various baskets around the bedroom. it got so bad at one point, paul referenced "clean sweep" (have you seen that show on tlc? it's ridiculous).
anyhoo... i have about 5 loads of laundry, a couple pieces of furniture to get rid of, and a guestroom still unfinished. 2006 gives me new energy, though. it's going to be such an eventful year in my life, i'm hoping it'll bring me motivation to really get going. (although... it hasn't happened yet. but it's only the 2nd. give me a break).
okay. for your viewing pleasure, the latest wedding update.
we were forwarded this drawing of the family "k" by paul's uncle. apparently, paul's grandfather designed it (he was an artist) and the K was engraved into the family silver. we're making an embosser out of it, and then will proceed to emboss every paper surface with it. hehe.
